Afghan fabric stamps, a birdhouse, and more

A few days ago, a friend invited me to go to the Brimfield Antique Show in Western Massachusetts.  I had never been, so of course, I said YES!  Today was the Opening Day, and the weather was gorgeous!  Lucky us!  This Antique Market is HUGE!  I am not sure we even saw a tenth of it.  There was a bit of everything, as you may guess.  We managed to find ourselves some pretty nice “treasures” 🙂 My favorite tent was one filled with items from Afghanistan and Pakistan.  There, I picked out three beautiful hand-carved wooden stamps, thinking they would be great to use on fabric.

We also found some cute things for our homes. IMG_6836 IMG_6831

If you live in the area, and have never been, I would highly recommend it!

How about you, is there an Antique Market you’d recommend?
